Sharelock began from a blank sheet of paper with ambitious targets for reliability, delivery time, and overall costs. Finding the right partners was key to success, enabling the deployment of the first 100 locks for beta users within just six months.
Despite global supply chain disruptions, Sharelock launched its full commercial solution within 12 months, demonstrating exceptional execution speed and resilience.

Initially, Sharelock planned to release its insurance solution several years after the lock product. However, the team made a bold move to aggressively accelerate the insurance launch, leveraging unique data gathered through the locks.
“Today, our insurance solution largely benefited from our locks solution from a legitimacy and visibility perspective. Close to 100% of our revenues come from our insurance line of business, which is currently showing very strong momentum from both a growth and financial health perspective.”
